Anteros: Digital Transformation Without Disruption.
Anteros S.A., a leading company in the industrial machinery import sector, faced a critical challenge: digitizing and optimizing its sales processes without replacing its core system, a functional but outdated Manager ERP. The initial need was clear: to create a lightweight platform that could interact with this ERP, thus facilitating the work of the sales team in the field, particularly in the forestry sector.

An ambitious but necessary goal. Like any other skill, digital transformation requires constant effort. As a result of an audit, we proposed a low-risk solution as the first stage of the project: an MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
The strategy was to enable the sales team to access the ERP from the field to check products and create quotes.
We developed a non-intrusive API (Express.js) that operates directly with the ERP, along with a portal featuring exclusive authentication for sales representatives.

The sales portal allowed sales representatives to consult product availability, prices, discounts, and create order notes directly from the platform in real time.
Additionally, we connected our Express API with WooCommerce to synchronize stock, prices, images, and attachments (manuals, schematics, etc.), automating Marketing tasks.
The MVP gained new functionalities over time. After six months, we decided to share these features with Anteros' customers through a client portal.

The client portal, featuring an OTP (One-Time Password) authentication system linked to the Manager ERP email, allowed clients to independently review their purchases, order statuses, and quotes.

The implementation of the MVP was a success. Thanks to its agile development and non-intrusive integration, Anteros was able to digitize its processes without interrupting daily operations. The new platform improved the sales team's mobility, increased efficiency in order note creation, and enhanced customer satisfaction by providing transparent access to their information.
This success story demonstrates how an agile, solution-focused approach can modernize critical business processes without replacing existing systems. Fuix continues collaborating with Anteros in new stages to expand the platform's functionalities, incorporating more tools for automation and optimization in future phases.
