The technology that supported it, now obsolete, limited its ability to offer the agility and personalization that its users required.
“What do I need to study in New Zealand?”, “What visas and documents do I require?”, “How much does it cost to live there?”, asking the system this was more than a challenge, it was a tedious task. To maintain, to execute.
The user experience suffered, and operational efficiency decreased.
But today, services exist that allow for prototyping solutions, designed to deliver value and scalability from the start.
We immersed ourselves in understanding Viaja Estudia's needs and designed a solution focused on user experience and client autonomy. Now, users can intuitively plan their study trips, access transparent budgets, and connect directly with educational institutions. Additionally, the Viaja Estudia team was trained to manage their new platform, giving them complete control over their operation.
The result is an agile, efficient, and personalized platform that answers each user's questions and needs in real-time. Information management has been simplified, and registration and application processes have been optimized, freeing Viaja Estudia to focus on their mission: helping people fulfill their dreams of studying and living abroad.
Implemented technologies: NocoDB, Pipedream, Fillout, Node Express, Vue, Vuetify, and Docker. Docker implementation facilitated a simple and dependency-free migration, ensuring the product's portability.
